Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
Seglox subscription charges are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, except for duplicate charges, billing errors, service failures, or when required by applicable law.
Creator purchases
Each creator must provide a clear refund policy before checkout.
Customers can request a refund through their purchase history. Approved refunds are returned to the original supported payment method.
Unless the creator offers a more generous policy, delivered digital products are generally final except in cases involving:
Membership cancellation
Customers can cancel recurring memberships online before the next renewal.
Cancellation stops future charges. Access may continue until the end of the current billing period. Partial-period refunds depend on the creator's disclosed policy and applicable law.
Crypto refunds
Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. If a crypto refund is approved, Seglox processes it according to the refund terms displayed at checkout and the supported settlement method.
Network costs, conversion costs, and cryptocurrency price movements may affect the final refunded amount where permitted by law.
